I recently purchased a Subaru Outback Limited from MetroWest Auto Sales after performing a nationwide search for a vehicle that had the features I wanted and in a price range I could afford. After finding the car I was interested in, I contacted Nadia and requested some additional information. Every time I communicated with either Nadia or Eugene, they were both professional and prompt in their responses. They sent me additional pictures of the car and they also arranged to take it to a local Subaru dealership to have a used car inspection completed for me since I was not planning to fly out to see the car.

During this time I read the many testimonials on their website. Many of the same themes in the testimonials were applying to my experience -- best prices, professional staff and honest people.

After completing the purchase I worked with them to get the car transported back to WI. The car arrived in a condition that was close to how it was described and represented in the pictures.

Although I typically do not buy vehicles from 1000+ miles away, I would definitely consider buying from MetroWest again in the future if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

After reading many positive reviews about this local, family-owned business, I had to come in and check out their inventory. As a young, 20-something driver, I was looking for something affordable, reliable and gas efficient. After my fabulous walk-in appointment, I could not have been more satisfied with the fabulous customer service, their loyal commitment to quality used cars and their low prices! I saw one Tahoe they had listed online yet they had a selection to pick from when I got there, even various models and years. They bared with me as I drove every one of them and some twice. He was very patient with all of phone calls and returned ALL texts even in a timely fashion. There were few things to be touched up before I picked up my truck and to my surprise they were all taken care of the next day even before paperwork was finalized. I love my truck and it runs perfect and glad I did my final shopping here. Even gave a hug I was so pleased and thankful to have dealt with a person that could handle me through the frenzy I was in that week as well as doing it with a smile and stayed professional through it all. I work in a garage and know what to look for in buying a vehicle and for once that was respected and not given the round about answers. Even had a rattle in the door fixed hassle free after purchase free of charge and obviously that's not under any warrantee. Thanks again!!!!

(Alex N. Boston MA): I purchased a Ford Escape Hybrid here. This is a no nonsense place. They advertise wholesale prices to the public, and when I did my research, most other places were at least $1K more expensive for the same car.

It is not the cleanest place in the world, but the prices and selection is great.

I had a small mechanical problem a week after I purchased the car. I called them and they dealt with me professionally and took care of the issue even though, technically, it was not covered under the warranty.

Would definitely go back for my next car here.
